Brahm Centre’s mission is to promote happier and healthier living.

Our vision is to empower individuals to create their own happiness.

We offer mindfulness courses, befriending services and support for seniors and their caregivers, counselling services, dementia screening, free health talks, and pro bono legal advice. In 2019, we introduced AssistLine to provide confidential emotional support, to address the increasing prevalence of mental health challenges particularly among youth and parents. We also have programs to promote healthy and happy living, such as yoga, music, art & craft, social activities and excursions. Our outreach programs include community centres, schools, supporting agencies and corporations.

Brahm Centre is a registered charity, a full member of NCSS, and an Institution of Public Character (UEN 200200167M). All donations $10 and above are 250% tax deductible and will be matched dollar for dollar by the Ministry of Health).
