our story
Brahm Centre is a registered charity that promotes happier and healthier living. Launched in 2012, it empowers people to stay physically and mentally well. We are a full member of the National Council of Social Services and an Institution of Public Character.
We offer science-based mindfulness programs to reduce stress and enhance well-being. Our clients include corporations, healthcare and educational institutions. Regular talks are conducted by qualified healthcare professionals and offered for free to the public. We also offer art and movement therapy courses.
We have a care management team supported by trained volunteers. Working with the Agency for Integrated Care, the Ministry of Health and healthcare and educational institutions, we provide support to seniors and youth through public education, befriending, case management, counselling and internships. We also work with schools and healthcare partners to raise public awareness of mental health issues.
