about the omega program

At Brahm Centre, we understand the invaluable role Migrant Domestic Workers (MDWs) play as primary caregivers within our community, especially as our population ages. We believe in fostering healthy relationships between employers and MDWs, which is why we have introduced the Omega program. This program is designed to empower MDWs in Singapore by enhancing their skills and overall welfare, enabling them to better assimilate into Singaporean culture and build a stronger support network. Initially focused on Burmese- and Indian-speaking MDWs, we aim to extend this initiative to other groups of MDWs in the future.
