NSA-SUPPORTED COURSES
Do Not Put Off the Course You Have Been Meaning to Take
Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents turning 50 or above can currently enjoy up to 80% NSA subsidy on selected Brahm Centre courses. If you have been thinking about strengthening your wellbeing, learning a new skill or making time for personal growth, this is a good time to begin.
The current subsidy will end on 31 March 2027. Explore the courses available and secure your place while the funding support is still available.

How Well Is Your Mind Keeping Up
Changes in memory and thinking can be easy to overlook. A cognitive screening offers seniors a simple way to better understand their cognitive wellbeing and whether further support may be helpful.
If you are aged 60 or above and live in Tampines, Simei, MacPherson or Aljunied, you can register for a free cognitive screening with Brahm Centre. The process is safe, simple and non-invasive. Our team will guide you through the screening and explain the next steps, where appropriate.

Youth wellbeing and counselling
How Is Your Child Doing
Changes in mood, behaviour or daily routines may be signs that a young person is struggling. A wellbeing assessment can be a helpful first step in understanding what they may need.
Brahm Centre provides free wellbeing assessments and free counselling for youths. Our trained counsellors offer a safe and supportive space to talk, better understand what is happening and develop practical coping skills for everyday life.
Support may include Stress, anxiety, low mood, relationship difficulties, school or work pressures, and other personal concerns.
