Our recent staff retreat was an unforgettable experience, blending fun, mindfulness, and professional growth. The event offered a perfect mix of activities, including updates on our progress, candid discussions on challenges, and collective ownership of the solutions. We also explored resilience, understanding the roots of resistance to change, and fostered meaningful connections among team members to strengthen our working relationships.
The event was graced by our Chairperson, Chen Yew Nah, who expressed her heartfelt thanks to the team. She encouraged everyone to continue their efforts in creating a positive impact within our community.
One of the highlights of the retreat was a powerful message from our CEO, Angie Chew, who emphasized the shared responsibility each staff member holds in protecting the Brahm Centre brand.
