It is not easy raising children in a world that is volatile and unpredictable. At Brahm Centre, we believe that strong parent-child relationship is key to raising healthy and happy children, who can then navigate this world with ease and confidence. We provide talks and workshops for parents and caregivers to equip them with skills to promote their own self-care as well as help raise their children’s emotional and psychosocial wellbeing.

Our program goes beyond providing extra academic support and stress management techniques. We also focus on enhancing secondary school students’ social, emotional, and communication skills, equipping them with the tools they need to succeed both in and out of the classroom.

Coaching sessions are conducted by volunteer coaches who are students from Institutes of Higher Learning or recent graduates who are familiar with subject curriculum. Coaches are trained and supervised.
