our story

Brahm Centre is a registered mental health charity that promotes happier and healthier living. Launched in 2012, it is a full member of the National Council of Social Services and an Institution of Public Character.

Brahm Centre offers a holistic approach with science-based mindfulness courses, art and physical exercise programs to reduce stress and enhance well-being.

We work closely with healthcare and educational institutions to provide support to seniors and youths in mental health education, befriending, case management, counselling and internships. We are funded by donations and grants from the Agency for Integrated Care and National Silver Academy.

At Brahm Centre, we believe in empowering individuals to create their own happiness. This is effectively done through mindfulness-based programs to reduce stress and develop mental resilience skills, and our holistic health programs to promote healthier living and happier relationships.
