Welcome to Youth Centre @ NewtonYouth Centre @ Newton was officially opened on 23 April 2022. This is Brahm Centre’s first youth mental health service centre, offering a range of programs and services to empower youth to be happier and healthier. Support is also provided to the youths’ parents and guardians.
Youth Care Team
The Youth Centre features a dedicated space for youth. It has been appointed a Youth Community Resource, Engagement and Support Team (CREST) centre by the Agency for Integrated Care / the Ministry of Health. It supports youth and parents in their personal growth through mindfulness-based programs and other activities.

It offers youth and parents in support of their developmental growth with mindfulness-based programs and engaging activities.
Programs and Services
The Youth Centre provides youth with well-being screening and emotional support through befriending, coaching and counselling services. Mindfulness-based courses and enrichment activities are organised to develop youth’s mental resilience and skills, including communication skills, social-emotional competence and asethetics.

Training and Development
The Youth Care team organises workshops to prepare employees and volunteers for various roles. The volunteers serve as peer supporters, while Mindful Academic coaches help teach interns. Most volunteers are young adults who play a critical role in helping other youth.
