  • Connect with lonely clients and bond and work holistically with the client
  • Short engagement sessions every week, via home visits or calls
  • Support our Volunteer Coordinator to monitor clients’ health and physicall well-being
  • Lead seniors in weekly wellness exercise sessions (1 hour)
  • Held on weekdays, in the morning or afternoon
  • Specific training provided
  • Assist seniors with making crafts together in craft workshops
  • Volunteers with previous experience in hosting simple craft workshops are encouraged to propose further workshop plans
  • Walk with seniors who require walking aids
  • For seniors in wheelchairs, volunteers are in charge of pushing them from home to centre and vice versa for wellness activities
