At Brahm Centre, our program is thoughtfully designed to support seniors in leading fulfilling and vibrant lives. The program focuses on five essential domains, each contributing to overall well-being. From encouraging regular physical exercise to fostering continuous learning, our approach ensures that you remain engaged and energized. We also emphasize the importance of social connections, volunteering opportunities, and cognitive activities to keep your mind sharp and your spirit uplifted.
“活到老,学到老” . “Live and learn as long as you live.” Learning is a lifelong process and one should continue to learn throughout their life.
Learning has no age limit. Join us to continue to learn. If you have a skill to share, let us know!
Humans are social creatures. We crave and thrive in social interaction that keeps us connected with one another. Social interactions takes on many forms in the community, it is not limited to within family.
Join us in our activities and form a support network in the community!
Volunteering allows us to contribute meaningfully back to the community for a greater sense of purpose and meaning in our life, especially after we have retired.
You can befriend another senior in need in the community, teach the migrant domestic workers a local recipe on Sunday, join us for an outreach in the community, etc and so much more! Come and chat with us!
