Since joining Brahm Centre and participating in various wellness activities like chair Zumba, tummy, butt, and stretch exercises, and brisk walking, I have gained strength, balance, and flexibility in my senior years. Their mindfulness activities have taught us mental fortitude, helping us grow through the aging process. I have also made new friends, resulting in meaningful social interactions with other seniors going through retirement.

Brahm Centre conducts talks and seminars on aging-related topics, such as dementia and memory retention. They are doing a marvelous job of encouraging seniors to come out, improve their physical and mental health, and live a more active and fulfilling life.
