Stress has become synonymous to living in the modern world of fast pace of change and unpredictability. Mastering the ability to adapt has become even more critical in order to survive and thrive. This ability comes from a confident mind that is able to remain calm and focused on options and opportunities in the midst of change, thus playing a greater leadership role in an organization. Mindfulness is an evidence-based approach to reducing stress and maintaining focus with clarity of mind, translating to higher levels of well- being for the individuals and productivity for the organisation.
