It has been both fulfilling and meaningful to intern at Brahm Centre. I have learnt a lot of valuable soft (e.g. communication) and technical skills (e.g. excel, marketing through posters) throughout my 6 months there. My supervisor and colleagues have been very willing to teach and push me out of my boundaries, which increases my self-confidence when I successfully completed the tasks that I thought were difficult. I realized that we are actually capable of more than what we thought of ourselves! This internship has also provided me with better insights into social work, which helped in solidifying my career path. I am very thankful for this experience that shaped me to be a better version of myself!.
