Ms. Hsueh Ya Wen is a mindfulness trainer at Brahm Centre and a certified Dot-b trainer from the Mindfulness in Schools Project (MiSP), UK. She is also an Oxford Mindfulness Foundation (UK) trained Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy and Finding Peace in a Frantic World courses teacher. With over 20 years of experience as an educator with the Ministry of Education (MOE), she has worked with students and parents from diverse backgrounds.

Ya Wen’s personal journey with mindfulness has deeply influenced her well-being and approach to parenting her three teenage daughters. As a cancer survivor, Ya Wen has experienced first-hand the healing power of mindfulness, which played a crucial role in her recovery. Passionate about empowering others, she is dedicated to supporting and guiding youths, parents, educators, and cancer patients toward leading happier and healthier lives through mindfulness.
