You will be introduced to mindfulness and begin to develop self-awareness through an interactive and hands-on experiential session. You will begin to bring mindfulness into your daily life as ways to cultivate emotional self-regulation and live a happier life. The concept of mindfulness and the connection between mental well-being and physical health will be introduced through experiential immersion in mindfulness practices.
