Who is this club for?
It is exclusive to participants who have completed any of Brahm Centre’s mindfulness courses.
You will be led during these practice sessions by our qualified mindfulness trainer. Participants have shared that they find these weekly group practice sessions extremely helpful at keeping them consistent in applying the mindfulness skills they have learnt to reap the full benefits to make their lives happier and healthier.
