Christina Liew is a qualified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teacher, trained by the Brown University School of Public Health, and a certified Mindfulness Teacher at Brahm Centre. She is also trained to deliver the Dot-b program by the Mindfulness in Schools Project (UK). Besides being a mindfulness teacher, she is currently the Head of Mindfulness Programs at Brahm Centre, organizing mindfulness programs for both the public and private sectors.
Having struggled in her relationships with her sons during their formative years and using mindfulness to heal those relationships, Christina is particularly interested in applying mindfulness in parenting to enhance family dynamics. She holds a degree in Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University and was an Associate Lecturer at a local Polytechnic before joining Brahm Centre.
