Mr Eric Lim

Mr Eric Lim spearheads Brahm Centre’s curriculum development and research on mindfulness. He has delivered mindfulness courses, talks and workshops to over 5000 children, youth, adults, parents and seniors in both English and Mandarin. He is a qualified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Teacher with the Centre For Mindfulness (CFM), University of Massachusetts Medical School; a certified .b and Paws b teacher from the Mindfulness in Schools Project (UK), and an MOE-registered instructor. In 2017, Mr Lim was awarded the Young Model Caregiver (Merit) Award by AWWA as well as a Social and Health Manpower Development Programme Fellowship by the Ministry of Health.

林俊杰导师率领百仁中心的正念课程教材与研究的发展。 他为6000名人士(幼儿,青少年,员工,年长者)以及教育,政府,金融和社会服务机构的专业人士提供了200多个正念课程,讲座和讲习班。

他是新加坡第二位认证正念减压课程导师,是由布朗大学公共卫生学院的正念中心 (Mindfulness Center at Brown University School of Public Health) 与麻省大学正念中心 (UMASS Memorial Health Care)共同授予的。 他还是英国正念静观进校园(Mindfulness in Schools Project – MiSP)的.b和Paws b认证教师,并且是教育部注册的讲师。 林先生于2017年获得AWWA颁发的青年模范看护者优异奖, 以及卫生部颁发的社会与卫生人力发展计划奖学金。
