Angie Chew is the Executive Director and Principal Mindfulness Trainer at Brahm Centre. She designs and conducts mindfulness programs to help people reduce stress, better manage difficult relationships and to deal with their feelings of anxiety and depression.
She has trained over 3,000 people in mindfulness. Some of the corporate clients including Goldman Sachs, Keppel, Standard Chartered Bank, Agency of Integrated Care, Community Psychology Hub, Institute of Mental Health, Singhealth and Tan Tock Seng Hospital. Angie has also conducted mindfulness programs for educators – Principals, Vice-Principals, Heads of Department, and Counsellors – from more than 20 schools, including Hwa Chong Institution, Nanyang Girls’ High School, St Anthony’s Canossian Secondary, Kheng Cheng Primary School, and Temasek Secondary School.
Prior to pursuing her passion to serve in the community to alleviate mental suffering, she held senior positions at various large companies including Accenture, Visa, Singapore Airlines and government agencies.
