Healthier Together @ Tampines

On 17th August, Brahm Centre proudly participated in the “Healthier Together @ Tampines” event, held at Our Tampines Hub. This vibrant roadshow, organized by NorthEast CDC in collaboration with People’s Association and SingHealth, was designed to introduce the residents of Tampines to the healthcare assets available in their community.

Our participation focused on raising awareness about Brahm Centre’s presence in Tampines and the range of services we offer. We highlighted three core areas: Mindfulness, Holistic Care, and our various programs tailored to enhance well-being. Through interactive activities, including a “Spin the Wheel” game where participants answered questions about Brahm Centre to win prizes, we engaged with over 500 attendees, reaching approximately 650 individuals in total.

The event was graced by notable guests, including Masagos Zulkifli, Minister for Social and Family Development and Second Minister for Health; Desmond Lee, Minister for National Development and Minister-in-charge of Social Services Integration; and Desmond Choo, Mayor of North East District, underscoring the importance of community health and well-being.

This event was a successful outreach effort, allowing us to connect with the community and further our mission of promoting mental and physical health across all ages.
