Target audience : Individuals aged 16 and above
Duration : 3 hours
You will be introduced to mindfulness through experiential immersion in mindfulness practices. As you develop self-awareness through an interactive session, you will begin to bring mindfulness into your daily life as an effective way to cultivate emotional self-regulation and enjoy a happier life. Our trainer will explain the connection between mental well-being and physical health to help you better understand how to increase your overall wellness.
($10 for eligible seniors under the National Silver Academy (NSA) subsidy)
