Mindfulness Foundation Course
Mindfulness is being fully aware of the present moment, on purpose, and without judgement. Paying attention to one’s moment- to-moment experience of thoughts, feelings and bodily sensations allows people to recognize how the body and mind respond to stressful situations. This help to improve both physical and mental health, bringing about greater attention control, emotional regulation and self awareness.

During the 4 sessions, participants will learn and practise skills to help cope with stress to bring about better balance, stability and well-being.

Seniors (Singapore Citizens and PRs) aged 50 and above eligible for the National Silver Academy Subsidy : $21
Who is teaching the course?
The course is conducted by experienced mindfulness trainers.
Ms Angie Chew has been practising mindfulness since 2001 and she is a certified mindfulness trainer. She injects humour and fun into the corporate mindfulness courses that she conducts with national libraries, DBS, Blackrock, Keppel, NTUC and other organizations. She founded Brahm Centre with the aim to promote happy and healthy living and she is currently the executive director of the centre.
