Mindfulness Course - Intermediate
Do you want to deepen your mindfulness practice?
This is an experiential learning course of four enlightening sessions comprising longer formal mindfulness practices, understanding the root causes of life’s challenges, thus empowering ourselves to resolve them.
The curriculum will include mindful actions, communications, letting go and forgiveness. This course will build on what is learnt in the Mindfulness Foundation Course (previously the “Mindfulness Course for Beginners”).
Each session is 2-hours long, comprising of techniques, practice, group reflection and discussion.
This course is conducted by Ms Angie Chew, Founder and Executive Director of Brahm Centre.
Who is it for?
This intermediate mindfulness course is designed for anyone who wants to deepen their mindfulness practice.
Pre-requisite: Individual must have completed the Mindfulness Foundation Course (previously the “Mindfulness Course for Beginners”) offered by Brahm Centre.
How much does it cost for 4 sessions?
Individual : $105
Seniors (Singapore Citizens and PRs) aged 50 and above eligible for the National Silver Academy Subsidy : $21
Who teaches the course?
The course is conducted by experienced mindfulness trainers.
Ms Angie Chew has been practising mindfulness since 2001 and she is a certified mindfulness trainer. She injects humour and fun into the corporate mindfulness courses that she conducts with national libraries, DBS, Blackrock, Keppel, NTUC and other organizations. She founded Brahm Centre with the aim to promote happy and healthy living and she is currently the executive director of the centre.
