Run 3: 10th Jan to 13th Mar 2016 The third run of the .b mindfulness course was conducted from 10th Jan to 13th Mar 2016 and a total of 23 youths aged between 11 to 18 met up weekly to learn techniques of mindfulness. “I gained the ability to take a step back and react positively through mindful actions including speech. This has greatly improved the interactions with others.
